Beachfront seaview apartment in Los Boliches by Costarentals - Ref 141

Beautiful apartment. fantastic location. right on the beach. plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. plenty of utensils to self cater.

The apartment is 3rd floor and there are quite a few flights of stairs to climb which we had mistaken overlooked when booking. my mother who.is 70 was with us and she found it very hard.The advert does say upper floors not accessible by lift. I feel the advert should say NO LIFT too. A check out time of 10 am is too early. I appreciate the apartment needs a clean ready for new guests but check.in was not till 4pm. we asked if we could stay till 11 am and we're refused

Apartment was lovely and was well located and well equipped. It had everything we needed.

The apartment exterior and some of the other apartments in the block were undergoing a major renovation. The noise from 8.30 in the morning drilling etc was unacceptable and not what one expected in a holiday environment. The stairwell was covered in plastic sheeting as were all the bannisters. We were 4 flights up and this along with buckets, fire hydrants, tools etc posed a real trip hazard. The dust from the work infiltrated into the apartment and settled on the furniture and floors. It was impossible to keep the apartment clean. In addition to this there was a Sewer replacement programme taking place on the front which further added to the noise After a week of living in these conditions we contacted CostaRentals who without quibble relocated us to a much more suitable apartment. Their response was excellent, prompt and supportive.
