I love the vibe the of the unit even though I was alone and I really loved my "me" time in that unit.

None. The host just forgot to provide the towel but it was okay. its not a big deal.

The property is perfectly located in the middle of the leisure and business area. Which made it easier to go around places. The place is very cozy and relaxing. Even staying in the unit would be great enough of itself.

"Great Workation with Family of 3"

The location of the property is good. Upon entry to the unit, we were welcomed with a fresh scent, and vibrant and cozy interior. Essential kits such as toiletries, hygiene kits, first aid kits were provided which is really impressive because not all airbnb provide these kind of stuffs. Cooking and dining utensils are included as well with free coffee. The media gadgets, lights and sounds are using modern technology. The internet connecvity is quite fast for streaming videos on Netflix and YT. And also highly recommended for those who need to work remotely. The beds and linens are clean and comfy.. What I like the most is that the host, Ms. Ally, is very responsive to inquiries and really ensure that we got everything that we need. We were even allowed to checkou late for a reasonable amount. Overall, we had a great stay at Modern Style Living and will definitely come back if ever we need a place to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

Drinking water is not provided so you have to bring or buy at the Supermarket downstairs. Dining table and chairs can only accommodate 2 pax and since I booked the room for 3 pax, we weren't able to eat on the table at the same time. The property is facing SM light Residences 2 which is still under construction so we weren't able to stay long at the balcony because of the dust and noise coming from the construction site. Although these things are not that much of a big deal, just important things to consider before booking this property.
