Superb and quiet spot to sit and watch the boats go up and down on Lake Como. Lovely set of facilities, excellent kitchen, meant we could grab some shopping, cook some food and then sit and watch the sun go down. Lovely clear instructions - much appreciated. In fact lovely help via WhatsApp as we had a few questions once settled!

Very nice and comfortable place. Provides everything you may need. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a parking lot available. You can easily explore Lake Como by car from this place.

It was a bit noisy during day and night, because of road nearby. You definitely need a car to explore lake, beacuse closest neighbourhood is not very appealing.

"Nice apartment with a view!"

The rooms are really large, both living room, bathroom and the bedroom. The balcony is definitely a bonus point, having the view of the lake is lovely. Also great to have free private parking, a lift to the flat, and a washing machine, very nice! Check-in was easy (finding everything) and location is good, also large supermarket near by. We drove maybe 10 min to get to the ferry point to visit Bellagio and the other villages.

My mum was seating on a chair (very slowly) and it completely broke down, she is not obese or anything, and luckily she didn't get hurt. I feel like they could invest in better quality things inside the house, for example: the towels are very rough, not soft anymore, so perhaps they could change the towels and add one for the kitchen as well (kitchen cloth/towel). The free coffee and free juice was also really bad, I think in these situations is best not to offer anything instead of low quality.
