beautiful location, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Shops in walking distance. free parking. the host Elisa is a lovely and friendly lady, very helpful. suggested places to visit with our kid. always there for any help and information. will visit in future. highly recommended.

there were few things missing from the property like Wine Glasses, oven tray, chopping board which would have made the visit flawless . Elisa took note of these criticisms and even offered to bring wine glass from her home. but overall very happy.

Elisa came to welcome us at check-in and was super nice and friendly. She also recommended us some tours and activities (we asked for) and we followed her recommendations. Astonishing places and views. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and has a fantastic view by the lake. Crossing the road, there is a walking path, (also for bicycles) along the lake that is very nice and pleasant.

A perfect property for a family trip to como lake. It has all the Facilities that you may need including kitchen facilities and even a washing machine and a cleaning kit. A good location equally distant from Varenna and Bellagio the main areas attractions. Recommended big time.

The bed at the main room was not comfortable. A little small and We supposed the mattress should be replaced. We couldnt find any tissue paper in the apartment.

Everything was perfect, we felt at home and had everything we needed in the apartment. The view was amazing and we will definitely come back!

Explore Lake Como and the wider region having this apartment as your base! Everything is exactly as described and even better. Elisa, our host was really kind and helpful. She welcomed us with treats and a smile. We felt lucky that we stayed in this place and were able to enjoy the amazing view to the lake and use all comforts of the house

This is a very comfy one-bedroom apartment with large living room and an outside patio/balcony. It's on the third floor of a four-story building. The windows and the patio are facing the lake with beautiful views of Lake Como and the mountains - see attached pics. The patio is great to have morning coffee and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that's needed. Coffee machine is stocked with capsules. All the appliances are new and in perfect working condition. The place is very well maintained and clean. The bed in very comfortable. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room that can be used for 2 people. Bathroom and shower are immaculate. Wi-Fi works very well. Elisa, the owner/host, is very pleasant and friendly lady. She picked us up at the local train station and took us to the property for a quick check-in process. At the end of our stay, when there was time to check-out, she also offered to drop us off at the station. This was such a great touch of hospitality! She also provided a box of very delicious cookies to go with our first cup of coffee at her property. The place has a dedicated parking in a gated area, though we did not use it. The place is about 2 miles from the center of Lecco. There is a bus stop right across the street and it takes 5 minutes to get to town. We usually walked to town - there is a real nice walking trail that goes along the lake so one can enjoy the views. There is a grocery store within 5 mins walk. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area. There are many hiking trails for any level of abilities and expertise. Lecco is a very authentic Italian town with a rich history and many places of interest. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Trains, buses, and water-taxis provide good connections to other areas around Lake Como. I would definitely recommend staying at Elisa's place.
