"Fantastic stay"

Immaculately clean and comfortable, quiet location , the attention to detail makes all the difference, from the included breakfast items, to the chocolate left by the beds.The host was lovely and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place, it was superb, and we will definitely be returning, when we're in this area again.

The property was ideally situated, had everything you needed and was nicely decorated and very comfortable and clean. The communication leading up to our stay was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, hopefully we will be lucky enough to stay there again. Thank you for making our stay so good.

Absolutely everything! We've never been to such an immaculate, tasteful property. Truly outstanding! The contact and service from the owners was amazing. They've thought of everything. We will be back and we heartily recommend this lovely property.

Very well equipped, clean, comfortable and very homely

No negatives - if I had to say anything the downstairs floor felt as though it had been cleaned however it felt sticky under foot - perhaps the cleaning product or not rinsed properly- not sure.

A real home from home , cosy & welcoming property . The owners have thought of everything , a more than generous breakfast , plus butter juice, tea coffee etc and all basic cupboard essentials. Fully equipped kitchen & Modern appliances if you intend to cook . Beautifully presented house , super clean and comfy beds . 2 mins walk to Restaurants & shops in Tutbury . We stayed for 1 night whilst attending the races at Uttoxeter and it was the perfect place to stay !

Beautiful house Lovely that there was bread crumpets butter milk and cereal Nice touch The mattress was so comfortable I’ve checked the brand and I’m purchasing one 👍
