14 Castlegate, Tutbury

Beautiful house, in a perfect location. Very clean and well presented. Had all the essentials we needed and more. The owners were very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. 100% recommend. Only half hour drive to Alton Towers aswell!

Lovely location, easy access, very clean and modern.

A fabulous find in lovely Tutbury. This house had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Decor and furnishings were immaculate, house was spotlessly clean. TV had really good picture quality and our teenagers were happy with streaming services and WIFI.Breakfast items were a lovely touch. Area was very safe and quiet and parking was secure. We had a great Nepalese meal in the town. Hosts were very helpful. Would love to return and spend some more time exploring the area. Finally, the cross-stitch on the kitchen wall was utterly brilliant!

It's not a criticism but a suggestion: my teenagers sadly didn't want to share the double bed, so perhaps a linked- twin or a separate Z Bed in the smaller double room might be useful for non-couples. But we managed perfectly well.

The property was beautifully decorated, so clean and so well organised, it was by far the best we have stayed in. The location was great and Tutbury had great amenities! We will be booking again!

Lovely, well equipped cottage, perfectly located to explore the village which has plenty to offer (pubs, restaurants, takeaways etc). Great stay.

The decor is beautiful! The beds are so comfortable The house smelt absolutely gorgeous!
