"Perfect for a little getaway in a quite neighborhood"

Beautifully Decorated house with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast items, milk, bread and butter provided were a welcome surprise very much appreciated. Bedrooms were lovely both with a comfy double bed with plenty of storage room for clothing. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need.

The stairs and 1st floor flooring was a bit squeaky when walking around. Limited hot water unless you remember to use the 'Boost' button by the boiler lead to some cold ending showers. TV not having normal TV channels only providing catch up and streaming services.

It was a perfect location, we'd booked dinner at the dog and partridge for myself and my son and it was within easy walking distance. The rooms were lovely, it was quiet and grateful for the instructions to boost the heating and hot water. The instructions prior to arriving were also very helpful. I knew exactly which car parking spaces to park in, where and what time to collect the key. Susie, the landlady kept in touch and that was really helpful.

The only thing that would have been helpful is a bath matt, I ususally bring my own but forgot and my son has had spinal surgery so always worried about him slipping in the bath.

Superb decor and cosy place to stay, made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Great amenities and everything you need in kitchen and throughout. Nice touches such as milk, orange juice and butter in the fridge, etc. one of the best private properties I have stayed in.

What a wonderful surprise Tutbury is. Amazingly historic place. Great pubs and food in the village. The accommodation is superb. Everything you need. Really comfortable. Couldn't recommend more highly

N/A - only comment I have is that for breakfast, would have been great to have jam or eggs supplied but this wasn’t much of an issue for us.
