Shower needs attention

The views are unbelievable, short walk from the beach and market just across the road! Apartment had everything you needed and plenty space! Loved the lift from road side, thank god that is there!

There was nothing we didn’t like, just a wee hill to get to but expected in that area, the stairs make it easier! Gutted the pool was receiving maintenance when we were there!

It was not clear in written about the collect of keys and other information at the booking time. It was not reception. It was a office that was closed on our arrival and opened the office at 4 pm on sunday. No one answer on Mobile. Bad communication. We found the apartment place ourselves. It was about 1 km from the office. TV channels are only with Spanish language. No any channel in English. Air Condition was not in order. Kitchen and bath is without cleaning soap. No paper in WC.

Hot tip: the AC/heating unit turns on/off with the high up switch by the door and then use the remote. I found out after a week of sitting in the cold. You're welcome. I choose this place for the view, obviously, and it doesn't disappoint. There is a table on the balcony part and windows that slide almost all the way open. It's wonderful to have dinner there, work, and watch the sunset/sunrise. The rest of the apartment is medium size, but everything you need is there. The couch is very comfortable. There is nice bright lighting. The kitchen is a bit small but functional with 2 cooking plates, pots/pans etc., there is a toaster, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a large fridge and freezer and also a washing machine. In the corner by the balcony is a drying rack. Perfect. I stayed for 3 weeks. There were a bunch of extra bedsheets and pillow cases and towels. You can request to get fresh ones from the reception if you need. The main bed was very comfortable. The sheets are great, nice big full pillows, and a lot of extra comforters (it gets cold at night). On the balcony part is another murphy bed if you have 2+ people. I think this apartment is great for one person, a couple, or two people that need 2 beds. Maybe not for a full on family, but who knows how well you get along. The walk to the beach is short. You take the main elevator down, then from the pool side of the building is a 2nd elevator that goes to the lower street. From there it's a short 5 minute walk to the beach/boulevard. There are many clubs and bars around, also regular supermarkets. On the backside of the building start several short and longer trails and 2 coves that would be lovely for swimming if it's warm. There are several parking areas, I always found a spot. Access to the property is by electronic key through a gate, very secure. Wifi ca.100Mbps. Great for remote work. Deposit paid was promptly returned after check out.

Just a few small things that could use some improvement: all the cutting knives are very very dull the cutting board is so tiny the dining room chairs could use those felt pads on the bottom of the legs. It's very noisy, sorry neighbors The TV is no smart TV, it's not 2010 anymore I recommend getting one of those coffee machines with the cups/pods and include 2-4 pods. The rental has a "luxury" vibe, this seems to fit perfect with it (keep the old coffee maker for the traditional users though)

they didn’t tell us we had to put a deposit down of 200 euro which I still haven’t been refunded. it was dirty they was burn marks on tables and chairs also foundation on sofa, a lot of the building is still being refurbished wasn’t that happy.
