The premises looked to be clean and tidy There was Adequate space for the five of us The pool table in the living room was a nice touch Excellent kitchen setup usual items that you would find in your own home Shops, Supermarket within walking distance Manchester City and other attractions easy to get to by car (Go to Legoland and InflataNation children and adults will love it)

The inside of the house (The wall under the window in the living room and the bathroom could do with a little TLC.) The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable due to springs protruding through the mattress. Taps in the bathroom need tightening (They were loose) My main worry was safety for my young grandchildren (Aged 5 and 2), in the living room a wall socket cover was open exposing live wires, extension cables were just hung up and cables to the modem were in full view. My grandchildren are well behaved but accidents can happen. I did get the impression that the pool table and the swing chair had been placed to hide the problem. In the single bedroom it was impossible to hang any clothes due to bedding sheets taking all the room.

Lack of general maintenance, which could easily be rectified. Back garden great size and space totally uninspiring. Pictures missing off the walls. Wires hanging off the TV. Not safe if you have young children staying. Plug socket cracked and open. Replaced the shower head as cracked, bathroom sink tap loose. Single beds sunk in the middle. Bedroom furniture very loose. Stool coming apart, broken lamp, bedside table drawer front came off in your hand. It’s a real shame as a fantastic property very well styled.

Location was great, 3 decent size bedroom with one room that has 3 single beds. Large kitchen area and living room area.

In one of the bedroom bin wasn’t empty 2 beer cans were left, one of the butter knife was sticky not cleaned. Driveway was unusable due to the weather very muck driveway. At the back garden pot of cigarette buds were lying outside. Host could have communicated better as host was on holiday.
