"Nice property but bad customer service."

It was fit for purpose and the location was perfect. The free parking was great and it was a decent size property.

The bathroom door lock was broken. It looks it it’s been broken for a while. You can get stuck in the bathroom if you are alone in the property. It won’t open from the inside as the door handle was completely broken and one of the bedroom windows won’t close so we had to use a towel to block the cold from coming in. I called the team about this but they couldn’t get their guys to come till the morning we were leaving. Nothing was communicated to us in between. That to me is very poor service. At least some could have called us the morning after we arrived to say something but nothing was said or done to the morning we were leaving.
