Nice large fully equipped modern rooms, clean and airy. Good location for nearly center of Gosport, Stokes Bay about 20 minute walk as is the Gosport to Portsmouth ferry. excellent shower and kitchen facilities.

Parking could be an issue as its residential Street parking so if your not parked outside the property by 4.30pm the parking spaces soon go with local residents returning home from work, also school run traffic in the mornings and 3pm ish. There is a gateway for stoned drive but the gates don't open, the drive could be helpful if a larger group/vehicle were staying. Found a uneaten takeaway chicken meal in the microwave which assume the last residents forgot otherwise spotless. If been picky a shower/towel rail would be helpful in the bathroom.
