I normally will not give bad rating but this case is different . I must share to warn future customers. I had problem checking in cause the complete instructions was not delivered to my inbox. I called the person in charge repeatedly but the person refuse to pick up my calls. Instead, The person continued sending me text messages blaming me for ‘not reading the instructions’ … until the end didn’t want to answer my calls despite my request . The property owner was even worse. They should be thanking me for sharing my experience, but they chose to blame the customer who gave him money. Avoid this property. They don’t value us the customers.

Check in n out key collection is waste of time .
