I made a reservation from March 21 to April 9, but I was only able to stay at this hotel for one week due to the poor conditions. When booking, I specifically requested a clean room with sunlight, as I planned to stay for 19 days. However, I was given a corner room that was extremely damp, moldy, and clearly in need of maintenance. The air conditioner was moldy, the walls were covered in mold, the bed headboard was dusty, the linens were stained, and even the refrigerator was moldy. The room was absolutely not suitable for a healthy stay. They asked me to stay one night in that room and said they would change it the next day, so I had no choice but to accept. I was then moved to another room, which was slightly better but still in poor condition and clearly needed maintenance. If a room is in such bad shape, it should be closed and repaired — not given to guests. In the new room, the pillows were also moldy. I requested replacements, but the new ones were in the same condition — moldy and stained. They tried to justify this by saying it was due to the rainy season, but that is not acceptable when you are providing a paid service. The kitchen and trash area were right next to each other, which is completely unhygienic. The kitchen utensils were rusty and too old to be used. The issues I mentioned would not cost much to fix — probably not even $500 — but there seems to be no management willing to take responsibility. The hotel is poorly managed and extremely unhygienic. I have reported this hotel to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism, and I received a response stating that an inspection would be carried out soon. I hope necessary actions are taken. In its current condition, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Это бюджетный отель - но номера огромные , но вид на стену ) если не смущает это то все супер

El hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila, lo que permite descansar cómodamente. Además, el personal es muy simpático y atento. Dispone de una cocina donde se puede cocinar y también cuenta con un espacio común agradable para compartir y relajarse.

La habitación tiene un fuerte olor a humedad y, además, en el cuarto de baño el agua no drenaba correctamente. Por otro lado, la distribución del espacio resulta incómoda, ya que las habitaciones están enfrentadas entre sí, lo que da la sensación de estar demasiado cerca unas de otras y de que el espacio es muy reducido.
