"The worst room I have ever booked!"

The room is by no means as described, it's not a luxury room. The room rather has the atmosphere of a prison cell without a real window. The ceiling light is terrible too. We left the room after less than an hour to look for another accomodation.

No balcony (as described), no real window that allows natural light to come in. It's a depressing atmosphere.
