Host & Stay - Sunny Terrace on Robert Street

Excellent location but feel price was inflated due to Brighton marathon taking place.

Expensive.

Location & home from home feel

Beds stated they could be twin in 2 rooms, but they could not.

Location was great, very close to station, shops and the Lanes

Property shouldn't be advertised as 2 bathrooms, as there was only 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. No handwash or tea towels in kitchen. Bowels left on draining board when we arrived. Only 2 sachets of body wash, for 4 people on 2 night stay. Garden area looks like it needs a bit of attention.

The location was excellent and was a comfortable stay.

No bannisters on the stairs especially down to the kitchen. There was no toilet roll and don’t remember saying needed to bring our own.

The house is large and comfy, with areas on the first and second floors to congregate in addition to the patio out back. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice. We all loved the big bathtub! The location is ideal. It was a short walk to numerous fun shops and restaurants, and a pleasant walk down to the museum area and beach.

Great house, fantastic location in a quiet street but close to all the lovely shops and restaurants.

A great property with very good amenities. Courtyard was a plus for the dogs. Quiet location, but still close to the centre. Loved the quirkiness of the property.

The house itself was great. However the cleanliness of the banisters and skirting boards could have been better. Due to the steepness of the stairs, it was evident that previous users had held onto the banisters to help with their mobility up and down the stairs. Perhaps a wipe over after every occupant would be welcome. The location of the lock box could have been explained better.

Lively spot to stay with family, great location and nice quiet street.
