I think the only thing is the location, my first time with private host, but did not like much of it.

The breakfast was not included, also no kettle, no toiletry, no towels (until I asked specifically), were included despite they were there in the final agreement. Moreover the wardrobe was full of the host's personal belongings with no space for the guest, drawers were not cleared after last guest, could see could coins and pen in there. The host was not smiling and not very welcoming at all as if he has been forced to do this job

Modern building

Bedding had not been changed and had pubic hair in the bed. No towels provided. Instead used cleaning cloths were on towel rail. Flush on toilet was not working. No lock on bedroom door, and door latch doesn’t close well.
