Stunning - Seaview Penthouse 3-Bed + Parking

Great spot, much nearer the sea front than we realised, very spacious, great views, very quiet at night, lovely spacious balcony

Some issues, the shower room was dirty and had black mould all around the bottom of the cubicle... particularly lifted off if you put the shower on full, the power was great but washed all the dirtup into the bathroom as the drainage also needs clearing! Not possible to get hot water in the kitchen plus little bits that need fixing like kick boards missing Lots of the lights didn't work Couldn't open the blind in the main bedroom... reported but not fixed... suspect it's been like that for a long time.... the blind in the 3rd bedroom stoped working too and very frayed The 3rd bedroom has no furniture or sockets... apart from the lamp by the bed.... no dressing table, mirror, drawers or wardrobe.... very odd! The bath needs re coating or replacing

The location was good. It was close to the beach and shops and was on a quiet street. Plus the building had a lift which was a nice extra as we were in the penthouse. There was also a coffee machine in the apartment so a nice touch.

The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and visibly older than the other 2 bedrooms beds. Plus the bedding was old with small stains. You could tell it was clean just old and poor fitting. The apartment had had a surface clean but we did have to clean it further as there were ants all over the apartment and dead ants in various places.

The apartment was big, the balcony had a good view and the kitchen had everything you needed. People in the building were nice and the location was good for us. If you want to be nearby the front but without the noise its a great place to be, 5 minutes to the beach.

It was dirty, the shower was disgusting, honestly and I spent as little time in it as possible. The whole flat was not in great condition the whole place needed a deep clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and every bed squeaked when you turned over so it was hard to sleep.

The 2nd bathroom has an almost unusable shower as it flooded the floor with every use.

The apartment matched the photos: wonderful, huge and nicely furnished. The host was really kind and solved every issue immediately, great communication.

As some other reviews also mentioned, a few small fixes are needed: it’s impossible to use the shower in the main bathroom without flooding the place, since the water runs onto the floor and the drain is really slow. Some curtains are almost useless because they let in too much light, the AC in the living room wasn’t working. We also had issues with the hot water on the first day, but the host was very helpful and solved it quickly. It’s a real shame not to be able to give the highest rating, it wouldn’t take much to make it perfect…

nous avons passons un merveilleux séjour malgré certaine petit désagrément suite à un problème d’eau et d’électricité, l’hôte a su gérer ça en temps et en heure sans que notre séjour soit tomber à l’eau. Mise à part ça l’appartement était super, les chambres sont magnifiques avec une jolie vu le soir. On arrivais même à voir des jolies feu d’artifice. Rien à dire de plus mise à part que c’était un super séjour L’hôte est super réactif s’est répondre rapidement aux demandes. Très sympa et très souriant c’est vraiment agréable.

Der Balkon war schön und die Lahe war sehr zentral

Die Betten waren unbewohnbar. Der Grill war leider nocht zu gebrauchen, was schade war.

The best location in the balcony was amazing

We really enjoyed our stay overall, but the apartment could use a few small improvements. The blinds weren’t working properly, and not all the air conditioners were working and unfortunately, the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in — even a blow-up mattress would’ve been better. if they addressed, these few issues the apartment would easily be an 11 out of 10

Nothing to dislike - hot water was really hot, and didn’t run out half way through the second person’s shower. There is one step up, then 5 steps down into the building foyer, which caught us out the day of arrival. Although the apartment itself would work for a wheelchair user, the main building entrance would not. The lift/elevator works really well.
