"Great accommodation with minor hiccups"

We loved the accommodation, the finishes, the views and the pool. The accommodation is spacious and great for a family or a group of friends. They also provided house keeping and everything needed for catering purposes.

Entrance into zimbali is tedious and the security is not friendly with rules changing on a whim. It felt really cumbersome going in and out of the estate. Communication with the agency is not the best but they were quick to resolve queries at the gate. Also some things like a sliding door and microwave were not working properly. Would still recommend the accommodation.

"Buetiful place but the host is rude"

The place was Buetiful

The host Wendy was very rude she blocked my number when we need assistance in checking in. We had to call her using multiple numbers
