1min walk to Beach- Happy Waves- Family Home

The hosts were great and very responsive. Inside the property was lovely, very clean and comfortable. However, outside was very tatty. The garden furniture was rusty and garden chairs were unusable. Sadly the location was very run down and the people next door made some of our stay uncomfortable. an and comfortable.

Loved the back sitting room overlooking the garden area. We visited in April when spring weather was on the chillier side, however with sunshine pouring into the back room it was an enjoyable way to relax after day time excursions.

Overall, every amenity was provided however we were a party of 5 and seating in the front room was not sufficient to accommodate all of us in the same room and watch TV in the evenings. We appreciated the cushions which helped improvise with additional seating.

Lovely house, very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Great location, close to a wonderful beach.

Great location . Has absolutely everything you need . Lovely extra touches , like a selection of spices , olive oil etc .

Property was great , would be lovely to have an 11am check out rather than 10 .

Perfect location for the wonderful Cambersands Beach. Lovely clean well equipped home made a great stay for me and my family.

Lovely place! Has a bit of everything, really close to the beach and the thought and attention of the owners even goes down to adapter plugs in the rooms if you’re visiting from abroad.

Great location, 1min from beach as advertised. Recommend sunrise walks in summer. Property was bright, clean, well put together/laid out, lot of small touches that showed thoughtfulness. definitely plan to be back here.

Great location, very close to beach, shop, and restaurant. Off main road, safe and has private parking space. Modern house with open plan, good size garden, has everything a family needs.
