This like-new property was fabulous! Very clean, well maintained, super comfortable and stocked. Great location in Portocolom, as a really nice beach was only 5 minutes away. Portocolom is a nice, slower-paced, non-touristy town with some nice restaurants. Great vacation property where you can relax after sight-seeing or going to the beaches. And communication with property manager was very good as well. One of the best!

Lovely house in a calm family friendly location. Perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyable and well looked after outdoors area and nicely decorated rooms in the house. Very clean and welcoming setting.

It is a stunning villa and immaculately clean. The villa is finished to a very high standard.

Nothing to dislike

The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area (which is what we wanted), close to Portocolom harbor and nice beaches. We did our shopping at the Eroski market, located about 3 minutes by car from the house. The cleanliness of the house, garden and pool was impeccable. Each room had air conditioning, which we used sometimes in the smaller rooms. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, two grills and a wonderful, large terrace where we ate our meals. The kitchen is well equipped-from a toaster to a fruit squeezer. We had two cars and parked in front of the house without any problem. The contact with the agency as well as the owner was great.

The only thing missing was a vacuum cleaner, possibly a sweeping brush. However, this does not affect our rating.

The Villa is beautifully presented and spacious. It was well equipped, including with instruction books for the appliances. Only things missing which we purchased were a few champagne glasses for our cava! A nice touch were some toys waiting for the children on arrival. The pool and outside areas are really lovely too!

Though the bathrooms looked great, none of the shower heads worked well and could all do with replacing. We also felt for us the layout would have been better with the twin bedded room being upstairs & the downstairs bedroom being a double. We were a family of grandparents, parents & children with another couple. Though I can’t imagine many would want children sleeping downstairs alone. Mirrors in the bedrooms would also have been a good addition. The Villa is on the outskirts of Portocolom so a car really would be needed for doing your shopping etc in the height of summer.

LOVED this property! Looked exactly like the photos, perfect for a holiday with family. The pool is huge and we spent a lot of time just relaxing around it. Very modern and easy to navigate the island from this base.

NA although didn’t see any staff at all, keys and city tax all arranged via key lock box
