Hotel Exotic - 5 min walk from Golden Temple

Very near with golden temple, staff is very supportive, cleanliness is good.

Signs of damp, you could smell it and feel it Street its down isn't very pleasant It was listed as breakfast included but there was no mention of it

The staff were exceptional, my friend needed to visit the doctor as she had a chest infection. The manager arranged for a tuk tuk to take her and followed on a moped himself. He stayed at the doctors to make sure everything was okay. The tuk tuk driver and a taxi driver worked for the hotel and were always available when required. The taxi picked us up from the train station and dropped us at the airport. I wanted to see the Wagah border ceremony which is 20 miles/1 hour taxi ride away. The driver took me there waited over 2 hours for me and brought me back to the hotel for 1800 rupees, which is about £15. The room and bathroom were both quite large and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The choice at breakfast was disappointing. The only fruit available was papaya, I would have liked bananas. No yogurt or porridge and only white bread for toast. I asked for an omelette but was told that it was only available on the room service menu. I had to go back to my room and phone reception to order an omelette to be delivered to the restaurant! The omelette took 20 minutes to arrive.

Great location and lovely staff. Room perfect for our needs. Really helpful with transfer to and from the Airport and a taxi to get to the Border Ceremony.

Clean by local standards.

Very comfortable place and very spacious room Staff was really helpful,our flight was late but Lucky organised a taxi and was very helpful.will surely recommend it.👍
