The host was very welcoming, prompt and professional. The apartment was good value, clean and comfortable.

It was very obvious that either the sheets had not been washed, or there is really some problem with the washing machine that should be fixed. I won't give details because I don't want the host to try to hide this in the future, but it was quite obvious they were not changed. Getting the keys was a huge frustration, there was very slow and inaccurate communication and I had to call and text several numbers before finally getting someone to come and give me the keys. Otherwise, the apartment just looks a bit neglected and if not dirty, then....well worn. With some basic improvements and better management, it could be a nice place to stay, but as things are right now, I would not stay here again.
