Cozy Spacious Apartment in City Center 60m2

The host was very helpful and speaks excellent English. Location great in lovely area of city.

Old people may have trouble with 4 flights of stairs, no problem for us.

Fantastic location walking distance (5 mins) to many sites, the nice grocery store, liquor store,  loads of coffee shops and lots of trendy restaurants.  Host was very helpful and accommodating. Around the corner you can get a local SIM card installed for less than 15 euros (20+ gb for 10 days).  Apartment is a good sized but you need to carry your luggage quite a bit to the top floor. Kitchen is decently stocked so you can cook a basic meal. HIghly recommended.

It is a dated apartment as the pictures show so things aren't in top condition but we had no issues and the whole family loved the space. Note the shower takes a good 5-10 min to get hot. 

Host, comfort and location...location...location! And host again!!

Location was perfect, so close to the main avenues and attractions in Almaty. Lots of good restaurants nearby

The building could do some maintenance to the stairs to access the appartment (5th floor).

It was convenient for all the activities. Tourist spots and groceries store, and restaurants were all near from the hotel. And it was very clean apartment. And the owner is so kind and helpful for us.

Only the 5th floor no elevator you need to carry all your luggage to go up and down but the rest was all good

location is exellent, nearby to all places, quiet and comfortable
