"You won't find a nicer property!!! Loved it!!!"

9.0

The property was fantastic and so were the amenities (pool, gym, hot tub). The outdoor "kitchen" was amazing---we used the grill multiple times! Loved the location.

There were 4 adult bikes and 2 smaller/childrens ones. 3 of the 4 adult bikes had either flat tires or broken spokes. We called the management number that was provided and they originally said they'd get right on it. Their maintenance guy was nearby and would either fix them or take them to the bike shop for repair, and we should have them back by 5pm. After waiting a couple of hours for this, I noticed an email from them saying the bikes are the owners and not for guest use? (even though they were labeled for guests). Very disappointing -- just felt like they didn't put much effort in (as a return phonecall would have saved quite alot of our time waiting for the maintenance guy).
