Tout a été parfait un très bon accueil d’Amadeo, très sympathique et serviable . l’appartement est très bien situé dans Sanremo centre ville et malgré tout calme la nuit on peut tout faire à pied, il est très bien équipé et très confortable pour passer un bon moment . Le plus le parking fermé est privé obligatoire pour ne pas galérer à SANREMO vous pouvez laisser votre véhicule en toute sécurité.

Hôte très agréable. Parfait pour venir à plusieurs en famille ou entre amis. Proche du centre. Appartement très propre. 3 balcons, appréciable pour les fumeurs.

Seul bémole. La literie n'est pas très confortable.

Posizione molto comoda, vicinissimo al centro, ai principali luoghi di interesse e a tutti i servizi!

I materassi e l'illuminazione della camera da letto adiacente al salotto si possono migliorare, consigli a solo scopo di miglioramento!

Les explications pour arriver au logement et parking. L'accueil d'Amadeo, sa gentillesse. On accède au logement par un escalier. L'appartement est vaste, confortable et propre. Le chauffage fonctionne bien et l'eau est chaude. La position du logement : proche du village historique et des rues commerçantes (10mn maximum). Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et nous espérons revenir. 🙏 Merci 🌸

Le bruit de la route (Prévoirdes boulequies).....mais il s'arrête la nuit. Peut-être avoir une bouilloire avec des mugs pour le thé. (Un détail....)

Le parking, la taille de l appartement. Sa situation

Les nuisances sonores beaucoup trop importantes: les voisins qui se sont crus tous seuls. L'appartement par sa situation est en bord de route principale, mais pas insonorisé, les voitures et scooters passent comme dans les chambres. Ne parlons pas des ambulances qui montent aux urgences sirènes hurlantes à n'importe quelle heure. Tout cela rend le séjour fatiguant et un rapport qualité prix pas très réaliste.

"Un super moment en famille, dans un super appartement, avec un hôte formidable, et ville magnifique"

Tout d'abord nous avons été super bien, accueilli, avec la joie et la bonne humeur, Amadeo un hôte exceptionnel, bienveillant à l'écoute, aux petits soins, très disponible. L'appartement grand, très propre, bien agencé, et très bien équipé. A côté du centre ville, et du marché du samedi,vraiment de bonnes prestations et un super accueil suivi client....et un grand parking . Amadeo nous a envoyé énormément d'adresse très utile.

Je dirais le bruit de la circulation malgré le double vitrage,peut-être prévoir des protections oreilles 👂 lol,et un matelas dans la grande chambre plus ergonomique, mais Amadeo à fait son possible pour nous trouver une solution. Merci encore à lui
