The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Big rooms, whirlpool, sauna, kitchen had everything we needed, and the table football and Wii console were fantastic additions that kept our kids entertained. We did have a minor issue with opening the front door but the staff helped us immediately, so it wasn’t a big deal. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lokatie was dichtbij het centrum. Mooie grote slaapkamers, gezellige keuken en woonkamer met voetbaltafel en Wii, elke kamer een grote tv. Alle bedden netjes opgemaakt en handdoeken aanwezig.

Tweede toilet en douche was wel handig geweest met een groep van 10 personen. Erg warm in het appartement. Maar waren ventilators aanwezig.

During our stay, there was an ongoing repair of building, which we got aware after finalizing our plans and payment. So - no balcony, no grill, workers in our windows from 8am to 4pm. I guess it would be a nice stay if there would be no works, but not this time.

Ogromne mieszkanie. Komfortowe nawet przy dużej liczbie osób. Sauna, jacuzzi, piłkarzyki. Komfortowe sypialnie i meble, dobrze wyposażona i zaopatrzona kuchnia. Blisko do centrum.

To tylko uwaga - warto przylepić naklejkę na bramę od garażu.

"weekend in Ulm. perfecte locatie en ruim en netjes appartement."

eigen ontbijt verzorgd. locatie ideaal vlakbij het centrum. zeer ruim en erg veel slaapkamers en bedden beschikbaar. nette badkamer en zelfs een wellness ruimte met sauna en whirlpool! keuken met alle nodige voorzieningen.

de meeste bedden waren comfortabel, alleen de 2 in de grote slaapkamer iets minder, wellicht meer geschikt voor kinderen qua stevigheid. Ook de kussens wellicht niet stevig genoeg voor volwassenen. door het warme weer ook erg warm in het appartement. voor zoveel mensen zou ook een tweede toilet wellicht fijn zijn, maar het was geen ramp. Airconditioning zou hier erg welkom zijn, maar behalve deze dingen een zeer goede ervaring! erg vriendelijke eigenaar/beheerder en parkeerplekken waren ideaal
