L’hôtel est vraiment très beau charme italien. La chambre était vraiment spacieuse avec vu sur mer splendide. Le personnel toujours à l’écoute, la piscine super en plus elle est grande.

Il faudrait revoir le petit déjeuner pas assez variés.

Das hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte saniert werden. Und der Weg nach oben ist ein Abenteuer ;)

"Fantastisch verblijf, Italiaans op z’n best."

De kamers hebben vanuit het balkon met zeezicht een fantastisch uitzicht. Nog mooier is het vanuit het terras waar je kunt ontbijten of dineren.Het is een familiehotel en de geschiedenis gaat terug naar ergens 1966 waarvan het hele interieur beneden er nog zo lijkt bij staan alsof je je in een museum begeeft. Zelfs volle wijnflessen van afgelopen decennia die daar sinds die tijd onder het stof ongeroerd in een rek staan. De gastvrijheid staat hier nog in een hoog vaandel en is vriendelijk, persoonlijk en warm. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk: groot zat met genoeg ligbedden. Uitstapjes naar Monaco, Menton of Ventimiglia zijn makkelijk te maken. De weg omhoog moeilijk? Dat is persoonlijk, maar als je rustig je bochtjes neemt, komt het goed. De Italianen lijken er rekening mee te houden. Avondeten en ontbijt waren werkelijk fantastisch. De obers zijn attend, vriendelijk en grappig. De receptie en eigenaar ( zoon van…) ook heel aardig en toegankelijk. Al met al was het een schitterende ervaring.

Weet ik zo eigenlijk niet…. De kamer lijkt wat gedateerd omdat het zo’n oud gebouw is, maar de kamers zijn comfortabel genoeg gemaakt. De checkin liep eerst wat stroef doordat Booking.com een kind van 1 jaar heeft geregistreerd terwijl ik een kind van 14 jaar heb opgegeven. Hierdoor kwamen er achteraf onverwacht behoorlijk wat extra kosten bij waar ik niet vrolijk van werd. Gelukkig heeft de eigenaar het goed opgelost door ons een andere kamer te kunnen geven, anders hadden we een groot probleem gehad om daar te verblijven.
