Wonderful Beach House Just 250m From The Sea

Location to Fistral Beach was good.

Very disappointing experience due to both the cleanliness of the property and the lack of cooperation from the hosts. When we arrived, the house had a strong smell of alcohol, similar to a nightclub, which made it unpleasant to stay in. The water filtration system contained mould, which was extremely concerning. The sofa was heavily stained and covered in grime to the point it felt unusable and unhygienic. Additionally, the blind in the bedroom with the double and single beds was faulty and repeatedly retracted instead of staying closed. Due to these issues, we felt unable to stay at the property and decided to leave shortly after arriving. Unfortunately, the hosts were unhelpful and unwilling to offer a refund or cooperate in resolving the matter with Booking.com. It’s a real shame I’m limited to 4 photos and no videos.

The location was good

The property does not feel loved and is in desperate need of some TLC, the garden is so run down with a large broken mirror and furniture in the conservatory felt so unsafe to sit on they were going to fall apart. There was 6 adults 2 teenagers and my husband had to sleep on the floor in living room as no sofa bed as mentioned. We just had a sofa which did not turn in to a bed so my son took that and husband on the floor, we were not provided with any sheets or bed linen for so called sofa bed either just a stained quilt. The kitchen cuboards are hanging off and need some attention.

Not enough bedding provided message left on hosts answer phone but no reply We had to look for 8th persons bedding and towels we found mattress cover for sofa ,single sheet, single duvet no cover for it or extra towels We had stated teenagers were 14 and 16 years old so disappointed with their sleeping situation but we managed without family members knowing about the error

Lovely property to spend a couple of nights with friends. Comfortable, modern and great location. Lovely touch to find a vase of flowers and some biscuits on arrival 😊

The only thing we noticed was that there could have been a few more cooking utensils, eg. a slice, some small sharp knives for veg, baking trays etc, but nothing major and overall we had a lovely time.

Good location. Good size kitchen area. Good parking

Very uncomfortable beds. The mattresses have seen better days and resulted in a very poor nights sleep. Reported to owner but they felt the beds were satisfactory. Disappointing for the money spent.

Keylock was easy

The house was beautiful. Lovely and clean and it was in the perfect location for the beach and town. The hosts were lovely and helpful and very kind! We were all very comftorable.

There was nothing i didn't like at all i deffinatly reccoment.
