We loved the location, apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable and the entire place e was reasonably clean.

The bathrooms were a little dated...needs a new shower system. The water took a while to warm up. There needs to be more shelves in the rooms and bathrooms for clothes and to hang stuff. Maybe a little carpet or rug in the living room.

At glance everything is as advertised but hygiene is very bad. Mold and stains everywhere. Sofa smells cat urine. The worst is owner paying for rm5 tng as rewards if giving 5stars rating. I personally very disappointed with such bribe. I booking the property base on review but is very sad when the review is not genuine

This apartment comes with 3r3b, equipped with 4 queen size bed. Great for big family. Nice living hall, tv equipped with Netflix & Disney+ (of course we need to login our acct to use it).

Bathrooms: Clean but can be better especially the molded tiles along the shower area. You can tell the cleaner did not do a good job cleaning the shower area esp the soap will make the tiles stained from the left over soap bubbles. Shower: this is the worst part of all. I believe the water pressure is good but the instant water heater cannot take the amount of water to turn into hot water; therefore, you need to adjust the water inflow to be minimal in order to feel the warm water. Due to in a colder environment, this is crucial. They need to use a storage tank water heater instead of the instances you won’t feel warm water unless you use a very very very low water volume, which it takes along time in order to feel clean. Kitchen a lot of flying mini insects, they are not flies, most likely from the cooking. Need to clean and spray some insect repellent and air freshener at this area as the smell is pretty unpleasant.
