The location was perfect, the villa in the whole was amazing, great views, outside facilities were perfect. Top floor bedroom was beautiful had a great balcony with view and a modern large bathroom and sauna

Villa bathrooms were slightly run down, except main top floor bathroom the other bathrooms are starting to showing their age. Only other item that was unfortunate was on our last full day the gardener treated the pool with a cleaning solution, we came back from shopping and the pools water was totally cloudy and could not see the bottom even in the shallow end, so we could not use it on our last day and we had planned to stay by the pool for the day. When we woke the next morning to leave the pool water had improved, just a shame this happened and wasted one of our days.

We recently stayed in this beautiful 4-bedroom Andalusian villa in Marbella and were overall happy with the property. The villa was as described—comfortable, well-located, and met our expectations in terms of amenities and style.

however, our experience was unfortunately affected by a serious issue with communication and the return of our deposit. After checking out, the owner/manager held our €800 deposit for 11 days with no explanation. Despite multiple reminders, only €300 was returned — again, without any communication regarding the remaining amount. This lack of transparency and accountability was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. In the end, we had no choice but to file a claim through Booking.com, whose customer service was thankfully excellent and supportive throughout the process. We hope the villa management improves their handling of guest deposits, as the property itself truly deserves better representation.
