Das Haus war durch seine Architektur, Einrichtung und den großen Pool außergewöhnlich und besonders. Der Kontakt/ Schlüsselübergabe war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen bzw. bekommt nicht die Pflege, die es bedarf für ein solches Anwesen. In jedem Raum war irgendetwas defekt, die Whirlpools funktionierten nicht, das Außengelände (Tennisplatz, etc.) lagen brach bzw. waren nicht gepflegt. Sehr bedauerlich, denn es ist ein Haus und Grund, in das einst sehr viel Geld investiert wurde.
