"disappointing"

only the reception staff were amazing

almost everything, my first night electricity went off 10 times. there were cockroaches in my room, bed was adequate but not the best, please remember supposedly 4 star. food was just ok, breakfast was disappointing. it’s fine if this was marketed as a 2 star. but to claim 4 star is hilarious.

The staff deserves the same respect they give others. They are all super friendly en will do everthing to make your stay as convient as possible.

It was too bad we had to leave so early next time we will go back and stay longer at acacia Hotel.
