"Comfortable stay & Helpful staff"

Pleasant and comfortable stay, provide all basic needs and the staff are very helpful specially Apoorv, Baani, Mahima. The hotel is located near to the Candolim beach and the local market.

"Bad bedding and cleaning"

Very polite and helpful staff. Nice massage at the spa. Good location.

My room vas not cleaned properly when l checked in. Finger and handprints at light switches and doors, dirty fridge and stains on the bed linen. Although they cleaned the room on my request, they changed the bed linen to old ones full of with pilling which was rough against my skin so I slept really bad the first night. No compensation was offered. The toilet close to the reception was not that clean either and it was missing a piece of porslain. The rules for swimming in the pool wad not followed, Indian people jumping in with clothes on is not very hygienic. Awful standard for a "4 star hotel", the cleaning and bedding needs severe improvement.
