Estava limpo e arrumado.

Foi-nos informado que era necessário um código de acesso. Pedimos o mesmo no próprio dia às 8.30h através de mensagem. Dado não obter resposta, enviei o pedido através de e-mail. Insistimos mas sem sucesso, ligamos inclusivamente para o número de telefone mas a chamada não foi atendida. Em último recurso (já à meia noite) dirigimos-nos ao local com preocupação. Um responsável abriu-nos a porta mas nem sequer existiu um pedido de desculpa ou justificação. Quando questionamos acerca do check-out foi-nos dito que seria às 12h ou no máximo até às 13h. Não conseguimos fazer o check-in a partir das 15h, alteramos os nossos planos e a postura para a situação foi de total indiferença.
