"Perfect for our stay"

An easy walk into Orford & good selection of local pubs and restaurants nearby. Very quiet location and very well appointed house. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well

Great property in a beautiful village. Perfect for our trip….Dog friendly, clean, well equipped, would definitely stay again.

Nit picking here!…Rules of property said no pets upstairs but no stair gate provided. We did bring our own but did not fit the stairs as they were too narrow but managed to put the gate up in the hallway next to the stairs.

Location

I'm not going to book anywhere again that has 4pm check in and 10am departure. This came in with covid, especially when they try to charge more for earlier check in. A window was left open in one bedroom on arrival, gnats everywhere, wife got bitten loads, luckily she's my jam buddie so I was fine.

"Very well presented property which had everything we needed."

Good location. Well equipped. The fans in each bedroom was a welcome addition

The tv constantly went onto incorrect HTMI which was frustrating Seating in conservatory & especially the lounge could have been more comfortable

Lovely spacious modern house with large conservatory and beautiful private garden. Easy walking distance to village and quay.

No criticisms. Loved it. (A few more appliance instructions would have saved us a few minutes. There was a small nespresso machine, but no pods).
