The place was perfect for our stay. It was within 20 minutes of everything, with most places being only 8-10 mins away. The house was very spacious and accommodated my family of 6 perfectly. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a private fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of towels. The host was great at answering any questions. We will book again next time we’re in FWB :)

Lovely decor, clean, very comfortable.

The kitchen was lacking some very basic items and that posed some challenges. That is my only complaint.

We had a fabulous stay at Josh's property after an unexpected issue with the airlines left us stranded in Florida for a couple of days. The house was pristinely clean, beautifully updated and well-appointed. The location is convenient and Josh was extremely responsive when I asked any questions. We really enjoyed our stay! Why sleep in a small overpriced hotel room when you can stay in a three bedroom house for about the same rate? We will definitely be back if ever in the Fort Walton Beach area!

The house was dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned in cycles, the bedding was stained with salviva, the refrigerator was dirty, a total disaster in my life, I will rent that house again. I don't know if I went on vacation or to clean. The owner said that he would go and clean and I told him no, since the cleaning is done before renting the house.
