B&B Mariarosa - Modena

Location, walk to train station and the center of the town. The physical property was very nice. Good noise blocking windows.

To use the ‘private’ bathroom we paid extra for we had to go out of the room, down a hall and around two corners then use a key to unlock it. Included breakfast was soft, white plastic wrapped rolls, 2 donuts and coffee (no water/juice). When we call the owner re:reserved private bathroom, he started yelling at us. (Also contacted Bookings.com 2X , they never got back to us👎🏻)

Distance from modena Train Station and other excursion

The bathroom is not in the room. It is down the passage past other guests' rooms. Very noisy as you can hear the other guests when they go to their bathroom during the night. It's not a nice neighborhood At first the owner was very friendly and helpful, but when he checked in other guests, the door was accidentally locked from the inside and the owner slammed and shouted at the door, even though he did have my number to call me and when we opened the door he was very rude and shouted at my husband.
