The location

We were scammed. We rented the apartment because there was access to a washing machine. Upon arriving at the apartment, and looking for it and not being able to find it, we contacted the apartment and they told us that although the washing machine appeared among the services, they did not offer it for 1 day or we had to pay 20€. When we complained about it through the Booking application, we received no response. Apart from this, the apartment has major deficiencies. The air conditioning does not cool the upper part where the bedroom is, the stairs are very narrow and unstable, the bedroom has a very low ceiling height and we were hit on several occasions, and the bed, despite being large, is of poor quality and has springs that squeak at the slightest movement. The bathroom has what you can ask for in an apartment, but it is on the bottom floor, which would not be a problem if it were not for the fact that going up and down is complicated. Not recommended in general because of the lack of communication with the person who rents the apartment, the difficulties in the interior of the apartment and in general unresolved problems. There are better and cheaper apartments in the city.

Easy to find and quick check in. The location is close to the sea and walking distance from city center. There was hot water, a coffee machine & fridge.

The sheets were not clean. We found strange hair on the pillows + in the shower shelf. Also, there were decorative pillows on the bed that were dirty and wet with stains. When we contacted the property they were not hospitable and not professional - rejecting responsibility, claiming the room was cleaned. How did we find other people's hair then? Also the second bed is too small. The pillows couldn't fit on it due to how narrow the 2-ADULT-bed is. Also it is between 3 walls so if you are adults and taller than 180cm you physically cannot fit in. It was like sleeping in a coffin. A very uncomfortable coffin, might I add. Parking is a bit difficult to find, but manageable.

Location was great. Apartment well appointed, with nice modern bathroom, hot shower, good water pressure

The only thing I liked about the apartment was the location.

Everyhting in the apartment seemed like it was broken and they fixed it real quick. The bed was like you are sleeping on the floor, it went all the way down whenever you sat on it and it was really uncomfortable to sleep. There were lots of ants on the kitchen top. The fridge was not stable, eveytime you opened it, it almost fell out.
