FRVictoria et son équipe ont été très réactifs à tous les instants de la réservation, au départ des lieux en passant par l’arrivée et le séjour. Malgré un désagrément momentané, Victoria s’est montré particulièrement réactive et dans le soucis de résoudre le problème rencontré. Les lieux sont propres avec un équipement récent, un couchage confortable, un emplacement sur la rive gauche dans le Tbilissi authentique. Victoria a également été force de proposition dans les suggestions de lieux et activités à faire (la fête de l’indépendance notamment). Je recommande ce lieu pour ceux qui recherchent une retraite premium dans Tbilissi, idéal pour un couple ou deux.
L’isolation acoustique mériterait peut être un petit renforcement dans le cas où d’autres voyageurs pourraient se montrer bruyants.

RUОтличный отель в центре Тбилиси, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Очень вежливый, внимательный и заботливый персонал. Номера чистые, современные и оборудованы всем необходимым. Всем рекомендую!
Шумоизоляция в отеле не очень хорошая, было слышно как парочка из соседнего номера отдыхает и наслаждается друг другом, но нас с девушкой это не напрягало, даже наоборот, иногда синхронизировались с соседями XD

AUThe location was amazing and the property had such a nice and cozy feel to it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodated all of our needs. The extra facilities added to the experience, and the balcony was perfect to enjoy the view of Tbilisi with a glass of wine.
RUВсе понравилось - радушный прием, все показали и рассказали. Номер ровно такой же, как на фото. До основных примечательных мест 20-30 минут пешком. Все чисто и уютно. Изумительный вид на город =)
Применительно к отелю нет никаких нареканий.
