The owner Richard was prompt in response to everything needed and most accomodating

Nothing as such, I couldn’t get any TV Chanel’s, but maybe that was just me and I’m confident if I contacted Richard he would have had it fixed in no time. Not a big issue.

Staff super friendly. Great location. Easy checking in and checking out. No hassles. Nice touch with water and toothbrushes. Top floor swimming pool and restaurant lovely.

No corkscrew. Only one wine glass.. only sheets on bed instead of duvet. Bathroom difficult to keep dry. No decent soap. Soap shampoo Dispensers in showers not good.

I like the security guards very beautiful people god bless them

I didn’t like the fact I never got any room service stayed there for 6 nights 7 days an not once I got customer service bar stuff very unfriendly and rude I begged them for a blanket and offered them money to give me one but tells me it’s not their problem which made me go to the local market in the middle of the night 2am where I paid 2000 pesos I highly recommend people to stay away from this hotel as it’s very unorganised
