Love the Location. Lovely breakfast/coffee at village store. Good choice of pubs and cafes. Nearby Stokesley and Northallerton have even more choice. Cod beck was a lovely walk Cottage is done out nice and has all the facilities you could need, great amount of space including outdoor seating. Log burner was cosy on a wet night!

Could of been cleaner, I.e skylight windows. Livingroom could be even cosier with rugs, not as dull colours. Nicer on an evening with the nice lights. Front door needs replaced, can see daylight through it where its rotten wood. And maybe the windows. Asthmatic wife found she felt allergies within the building and had to swap the feather pillows/duvet.

The house was spacious with a great location in the centre of the village. The bed was really comfortable. The host went out of her way to get us an early check in.

Very clean, easy to park, comfortable beds, nice little outdoor area for morning coffee, very pretty stream outside and lovely village store for coffee and breakfast.
