GBApartment was clean and tidy. Nice and cool with aircon when we arrived. Location was right next to beach and very quiet. View from balcony attached. Neighbours were all friendly and said hello. Grounds were well maintained and there was covered car parking. Great place for breakfast next door and at the cycling cafe a few doors up. 10 minute walk to the port and 15 to the town centre.
Everything was fine for us but be warned apartment is up 4 flights of stairs so might be a problem for some.

ESEl apartamento esta nuevo por dentro y limpio. Las vistas al mar son una maravilla y puedes llegar al Puerto de Dénia en unos minutos andando sin necesidad de coger el coche. Es muy cómodo y tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para estar una semana o más tiempo. Nosotros hemos estados encantados y volveremos.
ATDie Lage war super. Direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, Supermarkt in der Umgebung. Parkplatz direkt in der Wohnanlage ist super!
Es war ziemlich kühl in der Wohnung. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer konnte nicht heizen, dadurch ist es schwierig im Winter die Wohnung warm zu bekommen. Code für Tor, Schlüssel für Außentür des Hauses und Code für die Wohnungstür verwenden zu müssen, damit man rein kommt, ist etwas kompliziert.
DEWunderschöner Ausblick, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, bequeme Möbel, toller Balkon, man kann sie dort sehr wohl fühlen. Fußläufig ist alles zu finden. Es ist ruhig.

SEA very nice areas and directly adjacent to the sand beach. The appartment was very clean and in excellent shape.
The apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift. There is no dishwasher.
