I liked everything, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was quiet and the location was pretty near to everything in the tourist area.. also the eggs for breakfast were amazing!

Beautiful view up on the hill, peaceful area, very friendly staff who will make you feel right at home. Fantastic breakfast

The hosts are really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the necessities. There was also a breakfast included. Overall we can definitely recommend it.

The sound isolation of the windows is not so good. At night it's quiet, in the morning if you're a light sleeper, some sounds may wake you up.

Aurait été parfait si la musique techno en provenance du port n'était pas aussi forte chaque soir....mais les hôtes n'y peuvent rien... Cependant, impossible d'en tenir rigueur tellement l'accueil est sympathique. Les hôtes sont très gentils, serviables, disponibles, bien organisés pour prévoir les activités et les navettes.

La musique forte le soir, mais que les hôtes subissent aussi...

Le personnel de l’auberge est si accueillant et arrangeant, dévoué, serviable et très accueillant j’ai adoré mon séjour à Ha Long
