Nice location and great friendly communication from Ballito Agency staff. Would def use their agency again.

Could do with an update to decor but a decent liveable place for a family on a budget holiday in Ballito. Minor mis-communication between the tenant controllers office and security at the main entrance when visitors came over resulting in some elderly family being turned away after a long journey over.

Towels substandard and pillows and kitchen cupboards smelled damped.

Refrigeration and cutlery was sufficient. Close Proximity to the beach and swimming pool. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Aircon worked very well.

Linen in one room was dirty and had a musty smell. The bathroom door wasn't locking. No keys to the main bedroom exterior door,couldn't get access to fresh air. No front lighting , bulb missing. No extra toilet rolls made available which is a basic necessity. Two people tried to open the garage door, it took much effort to open. The interior of the garage was quite filthy, with fallen bird nests and dirt. The swimming pool was easily accessible but we were unable to use it cos it was unclean. The pathways were being swept regularly. However, the cleaner swept around the wild animals faeces found on the pathway and we had to be extra cautious where we stepped. It was sad that no wifi was made available as compared to other venues. The lounge suite is ancient and extremely uncomfortable.

The location was amazing, with beautiful scenery and the private beaches was an absolute delight

No blankets in the apartment and it was a very cold weekend and the aircon was not working properly. A very long distance to go to the beach climbing up and down the stairs
