The rooms are old the sofa was from 1950-60 maybe it was dead already. The cafe they have was hell expensive and poor quality of coffee and snacks. We were there for a exhibition and DHL want tp deliver some of samples to show in the exhibition that we participated Although we informed the receptionists and they said for sure we can take it while you are not here and its very normal here the security will put it in the storage until you comeback from the exhibition in the late afternoon. They refused the samples and we couldn’t get them and we failed in the exhibition by only sitting without any samples which was the main reason for us to be in Miami!!! The word thing was the security once we asked them why you refuse it they said its non of our business especially the huge black officer with beard but without mustasch I couldn’thet his name because he behaved us like a mafia leader and never get eye contact and said only no I refuse it that’s all get out and I said this to reception and the girl said I can’t say anything tp them and then I wrote tp the hotel management and they simply replied as “ w exam not do anything to security decisions “ So guys if you don’t have muscles or guards etc dpt. gpt here they can easily hurt you and nobody take care about it be aware of this place literally be aware and stay safe
