Modern House w. Fast Internet in 1 Acre Land

The location was beautiful. The home itself was clean, open, well maintained and the yard was perfect with my dogs.

Remote and private where we could bring our fur family.

Spacious outdoor area for us to enjoy without others around. We love the quiet and nature.

The location of the property was central to Dillan Beach and Bodega Bay

The property was poorly set up. Furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the duvet in the primary bedroom was stuffed with a blanket that bunched up upon use. The kitchen had inadequate equipment, burnt frying pans, no coffee pot, dull knives without a sharpener, no kitchen towels, not tissue, no hand towels. We also paid a 150 cleaning fee but were required to wash our towels before departure as well as run the dishwasher. The owners should invest in a better set up of furniture in the living room. The couch is difficult to recline and is broken down and won’t recline fully. Also, broken glass was found under the coffee table, under the couch, under the barstools and in the yard that needed to be cleaned up.

Towels in bathroom still wet, I felt that we had to do our own laundry before we could use the place and then on top of it you collected a $150 cleaning deposit from us that I feel needs to be returned. 3 windows were left open when we had arrived. Laundry was still left in dryer that was still wet when I went to dry the towels that were hanging in the bathroom wet. Floors wet in dog room which when I had to come back into house from wash room water was tracked back into the house. No bathroom out let in up stairs bathroom for to use my blow dryer. We brought my parents with us who are in their 80’s and we gave them the downstairs bedroom which was so low to the ground that my mom couldn’t sleep init or even get into it , she had to sleep on the couch which your couch the recliner didn’t work properly. I believe you need to invest in a higher bed and a better comfortable couch. Sorry to write a negative response but I feel you needed to hear the truth.

The house was well stocked with necessities like dishes, Keurig, and k-cups.

It’s not clear from the pictures, but there is no door between the primary bedroom and primary bathroom. The two are separated by a partial wall, but it does not provide much privacy. Something to consider for people planning to share that bedroom.
