Amazing host, great location, super clean!

The location is very nice quite , clean and comnfortable for one or two persons just perfect. The ownerare very kind and helpefull, if one needs something. The best I have seen all over Alaska, Each detail is like home, clean, everything is availible and on topo of this some sweets and a present was placed a a gift for the guests. So nice.

Everything is fine , nothing to claim at all !, What to improve ? ?? I hope every guest will keep it clean as it is ! At any next visit at Kodika , I ´ll try to come back !

Clean and well stocked

Clean, well supplied, nice amenities and layout for all our activities. Area to set wet clothes and shoes, washing machine and dryer readily available, kitchen well set up to fix our own meals, and super sweet hosts who were very responsive to questions.

It was raining and cloudy the whole week we were there.

Brand new 1 bedroom with a full bathroom. New carpet, everything you need to cook, it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. There is a separate entrance area to take off your shoes and for storing items like totes that you don't need to take inside. Much nicer than the local hotels. Away from downtown. Definitely in a residential area. I called from Anchorage to see if I had left something behind and Kathy checked right away.

My mattress at home is medium, this mattress was much firmer than I normally sleep on but for the one night is was not uncomfortable.
