Studio IN - top center

Good location in a centre and at the same time quiet, so you don’t hear the noise crom the neighborhood. Flat is quite spacious studio, so for one person more than enough. Flat is well eqipped and you will find most what you need there.

there could be some improvements done with a window blinders, some hander to dry a laundry and check in. You need to call the owner for a check in and keys pick up details, but only when already there which is not stated upfront, non the less all went smooth.

Location of the appartment was great. you were very close to everything what was in the city center. apartment is also big enough for 2 persons. we didn't need the kitchen but kitchen was also functional.

didn't have information up front about how to take the keys and where. when we arrived we had to call him to get that information. good thing was we had roaming option available otherwise this would have been some expensive calls.... we also didn't knew that there were no parking spaces nearby. we took the Kapitol Parking space then to have the car nearby. when we arrived there was a bad smell in the appartment. the host told us that the appartment was three days not used and that the siphon was dry and we need to use the toilet that the smell goes away - but it didn't. Another problem was that there was not real light in the bathroom. he installed a little lamp which was good but you didn't have light when you were going to the toilet or didn't have much light when taking a shower. for my partner to make herself ready in the night was also very difficult due to lack of light. Host told us first he will fix it in the morning but after asking again told us he can't reach the electrician who installed it so that the bulbs. the blanket was also very small for 2 people. it didn't even fit the bed properly...

Modern and freshly renovated apartment, we had everything we needed. Perfect location in the centre, everything was easy to reach. We loved our stay here and will come back for sure. It was very quiet apartment because it is not directly on the street. The food market was 1 min away, as well as any restaurant you need

The building is in the pedestrian zone and therefore not reachable with the car. Was a small issue for us as we had 4-5 suitcases. The building doesn’t have any elevator and the stairs were really steep and hard to pull the luggage up. Just worth to keep in mind, if you travel light there is really no problem.

Apartment is 3floors up (level2). The last flight of spiral narrow stairs is tricky for large or heavy luggages. The apartment is in a pedestrian zone. Closest point for transport pickup/drop off is Hotel Academia approx 450m flat walking distance - it would have helped to be given to know. The check in instructions and access instructions were not clear. For someone who is not familiar with the lockbox, I had to call to ask. Same for the main gate during non-retail hours access instructions told only when I asked. There were no curtains which was strange. Aircon was poor - so hot! Microwave was splattered with food. No kettle, gotta boil water on stove with pot or clean the microwave to heat water Single duvet for king size bed(?) No floor mat for bathroom- dangerously slippery. Bulbs were blown in bathroom- owner didn’t care when I reported so I had to make do with dark bathroom. Bedsheet had blood stains- small but still…

The location is great

The check in process is super unpleasant and host takes forever to reply and provide check in instructions, answered only after 3rd attempt. The AC doesn’t work properly, even the coldest mode does not cool the place. The apartment has a smell at the hallway, which is quite unpleasant.

The host is very very nice and very attentive and helpful. The location of the apartment is excellence! Everything are located on walking distance (e.g 3 mins walk to Dolac market). The room is very clean and nice with a fitted kitchen and washing machine (of course you need to bring your own detergent for the laundry). Please note that the room is located on the 2nd floor (you need to walk upstair for 34 steps). However, it's not a problem for me. I would definitely recommend for the stay, worth for the money. For the parking, it is recommended to park at the underground parking of Kaptal Center. You need to buy the daily parking ticket BEFORE you drive your car into parking garage. The daily parking ticket can only be purchased from the parking office located on -1 floor and it's only open on the weekdays from 0900-1700. Otherwise, you will need to pay by hourly for the parking (2€/hour).

The parking is a bit inconvenience in Zagreb but there is nothing to do with the host.

Location of apartman was amazing in the centre of city Zagreb in the very noisy street with a lot of cafee shops, restaurants with street food ect.. the apartman was very nice. It lack of towels, toilet paper, counter tops and dish towel or at least dish washer. How so ever it was pleasent stay.

The blanket bit small. It would have been better to have all windows blancked out, a lot of light was coming in in early morning
