By the beach, sea view

It is very close to the beach. Great air conditioning for the hot summer days. The apartment is fully equipped.

The apartment has issues with water, not having enough power and not having enough warm water (ended up getting very cold showers at the end of the stay). Something we were not expecting is that they do not have a sofa bed, the 3rd person will need to sleep in a sofa (that is not that comfy). Also, we found a live cockroach in the kitchen.

Fantastic location with restaurants, shops and bars very close, just a few minutes walk from the seafront. There is a lovely sea view from the apartment so you can watch the waves on the beach. The apartment is quiet and comfortable with a new king size mattress (which arrived during our stay) and new air-conditioning, good wifi, and a modern bathroom. The apartment was very clean. There are two gas hobs, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, and we were easily able to prepare breakfast and lunch. Calpe restaurants are excellent, so we didn't have dinner in the apartment! Easy communication with the owner, who met us on arrival with the key. We'd stay here again.

If there is a lot of rain, you can smell the drains (I saw one of the reviews mentioned this), but everywhere in Spain is the same. Go when the sun shines, which is most of the time!

We had supermarkets close to the property, it was a comfortable place to stay.

We went there planning to cook dinner and there was only a few utensils, we expected to cook comfortably but we adjusted to what we had there

Location and cleanliness. Great communication between host and guest.

Beautiful flat with great view to the city and sea, near the beach Arena Bol! You're really in heart of Calpe! The flat is new. We had a toddler with us and can say that the flat is quite well adjusted to baby security as well. Mostly, we liked the communication with the owner and the cleaning lady!
