"Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, Nachts ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustür"

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox. Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Kaffeepadmaschine + Wasserkocher, Küchenausrüstung vorhanden. Ein Küchenhandtuch und ein Topf wären gut (mehrere Pfannen sind da). Ich konnte mein Fahrrad in die private Garage stellen und dort auch den Akku laden. Nachts ist es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster ruhig. Lidl direkt vor der Haustür.

Etwas mehr Platz in der Garage für das Fahrrad wäre gut.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig. (Zimmer+Loggia) Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Etwas zu kleines Bad: (Waschbecken seitlich direkt an der Wand-->Architekt ist schuld) und die Fliesen könnten aufgefrischt werden.

Die lange ist Perfekt und auch die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Zudem ist ein wunderschöner Balkon dabei.

Das Bad ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und sehr klein.
